Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your product for any reason, please contact us - orders@sport-factory.eu. We will arrange a return for any product that does not meet your expectations. Please note that you will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards.

 

Return due to defect

If you would like to return a defective item, please email our customer service team at orders@sport-factory.eu. Please include a photo of the defective product and your order number in your email. Our customer service team will then advise you on the next steps. We are unable to provide this service for products whose defects have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved or declined. Please note that it can take up to 21 days for your return to be processed and an exchange or refund issued.

Once you've been approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.

There are certain scenarios where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our fault
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund 48 hours after receiving an email notification, please contact us.

Exchange

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the same item, please contact us so that we can give you more information on where to send your product.
